In case of superficial extra-cervical lesion (clear endocervical canal), a cone of 8mm depth using LLETZ-LOOP or LEEP technique is enough. class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<strong>Complications <\/strong>\n<br><br>\nThe most often postoperative complications of cone excision are:   \n<ul>\n \t<li>Intra-operative bleeding<\/li>\n \t<li>Laceration of the urinary bladder\u00a0<\/li>\n \t<li>Laceration of the colon<\/li>\n \t<li>Postoperative bleeding (1-2%), within 48hours from the operation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nAdditionally, there are late complications after cone excision such as:\n<ul>\n \t<li>Wound (cervical) infection   <\/li>\n \t<li>Late (8<sup>th<\/sup>-12<sup>th<\/sup> postoperative day) bleeding (~9%) <\/li>\n \t<li>Urinary or intestinal fistulas <\/li>\n \t<li>Cervical stenosis (mainly after cold knife) <\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-96e7bee elementor-widget-divider--view-line elementor-widget elementor-widget-divider\"
